Is there any one time during the year where your OCD symptoms really act up. I notice my symptoms getting worse around the winter time. This might have something to do with the busy holiday season and our cold cold winters. Sitting around thinking of things to worry about is not a good idea. I try to stay busy during these tough times. Try to take up a hobby or a sport. They main key here is to keep active and your mind strong.
